Planted with corn, like the additional buffer! UT -5 flow concerns, ditch appears filled in, hydric soil, UT2 top - water present, raising bed? UT1 &2 bottom - nice wetland / large cypress & willows (minus cattail & phrag ), impindament holding back water, concern about impact - temp & permanent - current wetland is high functioning system, Gauges on all restoration reaches - discussion on flowing vs standing water Mac - concern about fragmentation, but like additional areas captured "fingers" in preservation, HW design - starter channel & add wood (from offsite), Crossings- keeping all crossings between restoration & preservation reaches, All crossings have duckbill risers, More marsh treatments planned JD not yet done, will be critical - Kyle & Anthony Phrag will be an issue during maintenance!
