Inspection Summary:
Based on the site inspection Schletter has vacated the site and Greenheck Fan Company has leased the facility and is
starting to occupy. Based on the inspection I recommend permit rescission. I also advised Greenheck staff on site to
evaluate their stormwater permit needs and submit a NOI if required [Greenheck has other facilities in Cleveland County with
stormwater permits].
