The assistance and cooperation of Bill Brewer and Billy Goss, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC), was greatly appreciated. Details of the inspection are enumerated on the attached EPA Water Compliance Inspection Report. Mr. Boone noted no violations or deficiencies at any of the three facilities inspected. However, you're reminded that failure to comply with all conditions of the subject permits subjects the city to civil penalties not to exceed $25,000.00 per violation, per day.
