Please see the above email that contains the updated plans for Cozart. The pier has been truncated 40 feet to comply
with DCM's pier rules for >400ft piers. No structures have moved closure to the SAV bed. Please use these new plans
for any comments.

Hey all,
We are in the process of pulling this one back towards the SAV line to be consistent with our pier rules >400ft in length.
They don't have the rate of depth increase to go out as far as they want but are spanning an obstruction (SAV). I called
Shane to get an idea of a SAV buffer from any slips and will pass along. If this ends up permittable we will condition the
pier length rather than request new drawings.
