They don't have the rate of depth increase to go out as far as they want but are spanning an obstruction (SAV). I called Shane to get an idea of a SAV buffer from any slips and will pass along. If this ends up permittable we will condition the pier length rather than request new drawings. Give me a call if you need to, G regg
