ground surface in the existing footprint to prevent flooding and the addition of an 8'

The deck will be elevated 8 feet above ground surface with slatted wood
construction and non -covered to comply with Clarification/Interpretation Memo
2007-002. The stairway will be 6' slatted wood construction and serve as
ingress/egress to ewsting pier.

The deck will be constructed on slatted wood and non -covered and elevated 8 -foot
above ground surface to match the elevation of the ewsting onsite structure after it
has been raised. The deck will comply with Buffer Clarification/Interpretation Memo
2007-002. The associated stairway will be slatted wood construction and 6 wide
serving as ingress and egress to the ewsting pier.

to the river's edge; thence Northweetwardly with the river edge 74
feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. The Northeastward
corner of this lot is at the mouth of another ditch, but it is
noted here that the lot lines do not parallel the ditch lines.
Reference is made to that Deed dated August 6, 1974, by John
} L. Ratcliff and wife, Amy M. Ratcliff, to Cecil R. Burch and wife,
Esther A. Burch, recorded in Book 713, Page 421, of the Beaufort
County Registry, and Cecil R. Burch having departed this life on
the _L49_ day of 19 9191, leaving as his heir his
wife, Esther A. Burch, and Esther A. Burch-departing this life on
August J,, 1991.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and
all privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do covenant that they
are seized of said premises in fee and has the right to convey the
same in fee simple; that the same are free from encumbrances, and
that they will warrant and defend the said 'title to the same
against the claims of all persons whatsoever.
