Attachments:R-2566BA - STR - WT 03 (Cold).pdf Eric, Attached is the mitigation letter for Section BA. As to your question below, I have no idea where those numbers came from. I’m guessing it was a relic from a previous permit application, transposed numbers, or alien abduction. The true numbers should have been 203 linear feet of permanent stream impact and 0 acre of wetland impact. As for the Preliminary Section B drawings, we have agreed to remove the “Additional Impacts” line from the Impact Summary sheet reducing the total impacts for Section B by 0.10 acre of wetland impact and 200 linear feet of stream impact. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. Based on the information supplied by you on February 28, 2019, the impacts are located in CU 06010103 of the Watauga River basin in the Northern Mountains (NM) Eco-Region, and are as follows: Watauga Stream 06010103 NM Cold Cool Impacts (feet/acres) I 203.0 1 0 Wetlands Warm Riparian Non- Coastal Riparian Marsh 0 Buffer (Sq.
