This review was conducted to determine whether the facility is in compliance with DCAR Permit No. WQ0001990. 127 DT of residuals were distributed in 2018. All sample results appear to be in compliance with pathogen and vector attraction requirements. Please note the geometric mean does not need to be calculated for Class A products since all samples are required to be <1000 MPN/gram. Non-hazardous waste characterization was completed for the previous permit cycle. New permit becomes effective August 1, 2019. There were no major findings or issues noted during the review, but the following should be reviewed. In the future please ensure the correct methodology is being utilized for pH and ignitibility based on the products percent moisture.
