Today's visit was to assist the Solid Waste staff (Jason Watkins-WSRO and Charles Gerstall-MRO) with an ongoing investigation
they are conducting with Virginia DEQ regarding the marketing and possible unpermitted re -use of product shipped from Virginia.
3. No evidence of the run-off of pollutants from the mulch or gypsum/"sheet rock" material into surface waters.
32. Portion of Tract-1009 (34.3 acres total) is being utilized for the mulch grinding business. MUST remove this acreage from
waste plan. See technical specialist for assistance with revising waste plan.
