filter elements retainer which wore a hole in the filters, The filter elements were received the
first week of June, the filter fabric retainers were repaired, and the new fabric elements were
installed on both filters June 14, 2019. We attribute this manufacturer design issue to the BOD
and Enterococci overages in May. Two of the BOD overages were very close to the Limit Value
of 7.5 at 9 and 8.
