1. Based on the plat, the shoreline doesn't extend with the property line. Thus I assume the area I identified as
shoreline should be the measured and highlighted as the area of stabilization.
2. Aerial show trees located in the buffer, but the photo shows no trees
3. Iredell GIS shows the full pond extending into the yard. (Chad you may want to take a look. A weird situation
where the lot itself extends way into the lake)
Based on the GIS I measure 176 ft of shoreline.
