You had responded to the subject Notice of Violation stating that the frequency violations were due to the holiday
monitoring schedule. After discussion it was concluded that the mistake of not entering "holiday" on the Electronic
Discharge Monitoring Report (eDMR) caused a violation to be flagged.
As of the date of this letter, our system accurately reflects that there was no violation as the monitoring would not
have been required on those days due to the holiday schedule. Therefore, the Division has decided to retract the
subject NOV. Please ensure that all analysis codes are accurately recorded prior to the submission of the eDMR.
Failure to accurately report analysis may result in future reporting violations.
