This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Gates County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is Lassiter Branch a tributary of Somerton Creek off the
Chowan River, stream index 25-3-3, Chowan River Basin
Existing 18" x 40' CRP will be replaced by a 24" x 40' CAP
