Staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality Regional Operations
Section, have attempted to contact you by phone to set up a time to inspect the subject
wastewater treatment and disposal systems. We have called the number in our records, 919-643-
2200, but that number has been disconnected.
Single Family Residence Surface Irrigation Systems are routinely inspected by the Division of
Water Resources for determining compliance with the system's permit. These inspections are
required and must be conducted for the Division of Water Resources to verify compliance with
the subject Permit.
Staff with the Division of Water Resources will be on site to inspect the subject wastewater
irrigation systems on August 231 between 10 am and 12 pm. If this is not a convenient time,
