Please find the Town's comments in regards to a Notice of Violation received July 10, 2019 with a tracking number
of NOV-2019-MV-0098. The NOV is concerning a monitoring violation for the weekly phosphorus dated
05/04/2019. The phosphorus was taken and analyzed, however a transcription error occurred and resulted in an
omission of the data. The eDMR for May 2019 has been revised and is attached along with the corresponding lab
report.
