Applicant: City of Elizabeth City
Project Location: 708 Riverside Avenue in the Elizabeth City
Proposed Project: Increase the size of the floating dock, kayak launch, reduce the length of the fishing
pier, change the wooden accesses to the walkway to concrete, add 34' of bulkhead
and other changes noted in letter of request
