As I'm sure Mr. Wood relayed to you, the broken gear box was on order from the supplier located
in the German Republic. From the date .of the inspection on April 10, 2018, I'm sure you will
agree that overnighting such a part is simply much too expensive for a unit of government the size
of Andrews.
The repair part was received by Mr. Wood on April 19, 2018 and was installed on the same day.
By 5:30 PM on April 19, 2018 the clarifier was back in normal operation.
As to the alarms at the Influent pump station, a. technician from KDT Service Technologies is
scheduled to inspect and repair the alarms as soon as his schedule allows.
As soon as KDT Service Technologies has repaired the alarm problem, I will advise you or Daniel
Boss of the repair.
