All development will be required to meet stringent water quality requirements in accordance with the City of Rocky Mount's Land Development Code, the City of Rocky Mount's Stormwater Management Program, the Tar- Pamlico River Basin Riparian Buffer Protection Rules, and the Tar-Pamlico Nutrient Management requirements.
