Re: Maple Creek Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Phase 2
Dear Ms. Karoly:
The City of Rocky Mount commits to requiring on-site stormwater management measures, such as
riparian buffers, bioretention cells, constructed wetlands, and level spreaders, for any additional
development on parcels adjacent to this sanitary sewer interceptor corridor. All development will be
required to meet stringent water quality requirements in accordance with the City of Rocky Mount's
Land Development Code, the City of Rocky Mount's Stormwater Management Program, the Tar-
Pamlico River Basin Riparian Buffer Protection Rules, and the Tar-Pamlico Nutrient Management
requirements.
