The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Huffman Finishing
Co-WWTP/A S on 7/11/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0002431. The
findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection
report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Mikal Willmer, with the Asheville Regional Office, conducted a review of Huffman Finishing Company's 2018 Annual
Residuals Report. This review was conducted to determine whether the facility is operating in compliance with the
requirements of Permit No. WQ0002431.
The facility appears to be in compliance for reporting for 2018. A "no application" annual report was submitted. The cover
letter indicates no land application events occurred during 2018. In the future, if residuals were generated, please provide an
explanation of how the residuals were handled.
