See the screen shot below. Please pay these fees, and the permit COC can be renewed. When you have confirmation of payment, please let Suzanne McCoy know so she can process the renewal. The second one had overdue fees at the time of renewal. See that attached letter. Everything appears to be paid up now. If you did not notify us that these fees were resolved, we did not renew the permit coverage. We cannot make changes to the current on-line system, so our Administrative Assistant, Suzanne McCoy, will process this renewal separately and send a letter with a new COC. I strongly recommend reviewing the contact information in the permit contact summary reports for each of these permits and ensure they are correct. Suzanne will send the information to the Legally Responsible Person (Owner - Owner Affiliation). Also, let Deborah Reese know about any billing contact changes, and notify Suzanne about any other contact changes. If everything is correct, please let Suzanne know she can proceed with NCG080626s renewal. Then be sure to tell us when fees have been paid on the other one. I didn't have any issues renewing our COCs for any of our remaining locations. These 2 locations are as follows: 1. NCG080898—Southeastern Freight Lines —Wilmington 2.
