Dear Jerry Simpson:
The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on July 5,
2017. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey requirement for
the BP1 Big lagoon at Ganders Fork facility. Due to the amounts of treatment volume available,
the Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2021.
The next sludge survey for the BP1 Big lagoon at Ganders Fork facility should be performed
