System Extension Application package for the above referenced project. Please also find a check
in the amount of $480 to cover the application fee.
The project will provide public sewer service to currently unserved residences. The project
includes the installation of approximately 1,090 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer line with 5
manholes and related appurtenances along the shoulder of Brookwood Trail, a City -maintained
road. Also included is the installation of gravity sewer on two (2) private parcels to connect to an
existing manhole and the City's existing 10-inch interceptor.
