We have received the Notice of Intent— General Permit Application for Sawyers Quarter Road Mine from Robert Chiles
Engineering.
The Stormwater Program is a Federal Program which requires us to have the original signed application.
The Notice of Intent Application we received is a photocopy.
I am informed that you still have the original signed version.
Please send the original signed application to my attention so I may begin processing of the application.
If I do not receive the original by Thursday July 18t" I will have to return the application to Robert Chiles Engineering.
This site is required to have a valid Certificate of Coverage under the NCG020000 Stormwater Mining Permit.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
