We are in receipt of the above -mentioned Notice of Deficiency and respond as follows.

The sample tubing has been replaced and the sampler set-up to pull the correct aliquot volume. In
addition, aninspection door isbeing installed for viewing ufthe ultrasonic wet well flow box. We have
implemented a schedule to have the sample tube cleaned every quarter and the tubing will be changed
asneeded but Volonger than every six months. Going forward the sample volume will bechecked
when the sampler is setup prior to sampling and written documentation provided in our log.
Our generator contractor has serviced the generator, and everything is operational.
