Dear Mr. Bell;
In accordance to NOV-2019-PC-0462, the violations that you have listed have been completed
and The City of Newton Pretreatment Program should be back in compliance as noted. The letter was
sent to Special Metals Welding Products Company as was the updated Technibilt LTD. permit as well as
their violation. The ph monitoring violation was updated and corrected even though this was done in
2016. This was completed on June 215`, 2019. (Please see attached.)
The Pretreatment Coordinator is still learning and has been in continuous contact with PERCS
staff as for guidance on issues that she has had, she is also working closely with the industries to help
with any problems that arise. The continued training and help that the PERCS Division has been offering
will keep this from happening in the future as will the gaining of knowledge in the Pretreatment
Program.

hereby issued this Notice of Violation. This notice is a result of the following situation:
A sampling event on June 1, 2018 thru December 31, 2018 and Feb, March, May 2019
revealed the following violations:
