On behalf of the Chatham Charter School, please find enclosed the following items which have
been revised per your Request for Additional Information dated June 21, 2019:
➢ One Revised State Stormwater Permit Application.
➢ One Revised Drawing C105, Project Area Map.
➢ One Revised Grading and Drainage Plan C-102.
➢ One Revised Supplemental EZ Form sheet 2.1.2.
The following are responses to your comments:
1. The appropriate box has been checked for line 5 indicating the project is within 5 miles of
an airport.
2. The area of the surface waters has been figured into the calculations, see revised page 3 of
the application and revised Project Area Map.
3. The Total Project Area has been recalculated.
4. The Drainage Tables on page 3 have been revised and off -site drainage removed.
5. There are no wetlands within the project area, see number 1 of the General Notes on the
Grading Plan sheet C-102.
6. The signature and notary have been crossed out in Section IX.
7. The PDF's have been uploaded to the website and hardcopies sent to you.
