Jones County
On May 30, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a close-out packet from you on
behalf of the Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) requesting approval to close-out the subject site from
monitoring and maintenance of the riparian areas. On July 15, 2019, Katie Merritt with DWR visited the
subject site to assess the vegetation and overall site conditions. Representatives from DMS were also
present. An asset map and asset table, both initialed by Ms. Merritt on July 16, 2019, are attached.
DWR has reviewed the close-out request and the following is approved:
