Dear Mr. Cox:
In April of 2006 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources began the review process of your
application for a NPDES Individual Permit regarding New Bern Recycling located at 2912 Neuse
Blvd. New Bern NC 28560. At this time, we are unable to locate a copy of any correspondence
granting or denying the request. This was discovered in attempt to close out any applications
that still show as "in review".
If the facility is still owned by SMM Southeast LLC, please review your files and send a copy of
the application and any correspondence granting or denying the application. If you no longer
own the facility, please complete a Rescission Request (enclosed).
