Thanks for getting back so quickly!
I can put the coordinates on a project stream centralized in the project if you'd like and not on a building. I've attached a
figure from our Mitigation Plan that shows all of the stream locations.
Yes, all of them drain into the Swannanoa. They are small and are unnamed tributaries to the Swannanoa River. You can
see from the attached figure that they are officially UT1-UT8 with NCDNR and USACE, but we named them for the
college's name for the fields they flow through. This helps us and the college speak the same language.
Let me know how you want to proceed. I have the new NOI complete except for the coordinates.
Thanks,Worth

Hi Worth,
No apology needed—we all make mistakes.
Thanks for explaining the project. I was confused about the placement. In this case, you were right to put the coordinates
on the central part of the college, for general placement. My question is: do all the streams you'll be working on drain to
the Swannanoa? I ask because one of the goals of this permitting process is to protect the waterways; so maybe it would
be good to have a list of the streams that we can include in your file and you can just list the Swannanoa on the NOI.

Alaina,The project is on various streams of the college's 1000 acre campus. Where would you like the coordinates to be
located?Should I pick one stream reach?
Sorry about the typo and the Asheville reference. It was the an option and I picked it without thinking.

This email is to notify you that your application for Warren Wilson Stream Mitigation Site (ER02019-00039)
was not accepted for the following reason:
Part A7,8 -the coordinates provided are on top of the Warren Wilson Bookstore, not the site of a 30-acre
disturbance.
Part Al2 - seems to have been a typo in entering the acres approved for disturbance; needs to match what is on
the Letter of Approval (30.01).
Part D4 - Buncombe County approved your E&SC plan, not the City of Asheville.
Please make the needed corrections and submit a new NOL Contact Alaina.Morman(cr,ncdenr.gov with
