The Division has reviewed your application for the subject permit. To enable us to complete our review
in accordance with N.C.G.S. 143-215.1 and 15A NCAC 2H.0105, please provide additional or revised
information to address the following comment:
Part 1 A(3.) of the subject permit requires the development and implementation of a Mercury
Minimization Plan (MMP) within 180 days of the NPDES Permit effective date (September 1,
2014). This has not been submitted to the Division. Please provide the MMP required by your
existing permit no later than 30 days after receiving this notice.
