A copy of the General Certification is attached. This Certification may be used in qualifying for coverage under Corps of Engineers' Nationwide Permit No. 12. I contacted the Raleigh office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by phone. They stated that unless there were 30 year or older pine trees in the permit area, there were no endangered or threatened species. There are no 30 year or older pine trees in this area. 16. I contacted the State Historic Preservation Office by phone and spoke with Sandra Ward.
