On behalf of NCDOT Division 6 Project Engineer Craig Freeman, I am sending you the Start of Study packet for STIP
project U-4900, which involves widening NC 210 (Murchison Road) from I-295 (Fayetteville Outer Loop) to south of US
401 Bypass in Fayetteville, Cumberland County, North Carolina. This project is being reinitiated after a hold was placed
on project planning in 2007 and 2014-15.
