This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0001953. This inspection was conducted to determine whether the Town is in compliance with RLAP Permit No. WQ0001953. 9.12 dry tons of residuals were land applied in 2018 to 2 permitted fields. All monitoring appeared to be conducted at the required frequency and appeared to be within permit limits. Field M5 had a soil pH of 5.4. 1 ton/acre of lime was applied. Non-hazardous Waste Characterization: parameters were analyzed and submitted with the 2017 Annual Report. There were no significant issues noted, but the following should be reviewed. 30-Day Bench Scale: Please include the laboratory bench sheets in the 2019 Annual Report.
