This inspection was conducted to verify the noted deficiencies had been corrected. At the time of the site visit, it was noted the effluent composite sampler was once again flow proportional and a composite sampler had been installed for influent sampling. It is recommended staff periodically reevaluate the facility's average flow to determine the sampling frequency and ensure a complete 24 hours of sample is collected.
