LEGACY AT WAKEFIELD -PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE FOR REPAIR OF EXISTING STORMWATER OUTFALL WITHIN BUFFER (WET DETENTION BASIN OUTLET) THE CONTRACTORS HALLTAKE PRECAUTIONS THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES TOP REVENT SEDIMENT RUNOFF FROM EXITING THE WORK AREA AND ENTERING THE STREAM CHANNEL DOWNSTREAM FROM THE WORK AREA. THE CONTRACTOR SHALLALSO PERFORM WORK TO MINIMIZE IMPACTS TO THEN EUSE RIVER STREAM BUFFER. IT IS RECOMMENDED THE WORK BE SCHEDULED DURING A PERIOD OF ANTICIPATED DRY WEATHER. THIS PLAN INCLUDES THE PROPOSED EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AND RECOMMENDED CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK. THE CONTRACTORSHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLINGAND MAINTAINING EROSION CONTROLMEASURES SHOWN AS WELL AS INSTALLING ADDITIONAL EROSION CONTROLMEASURES AS NEEDED TO PREVENTSEDIMENT RUNOFF.
