We are in the process of selling a property referenced above which has a purchase agreement with Third Wave Housing,
LLC which is owned by Richard Angino. The new owner will be After School LLC.
As part of After School LLC purchase, they are filing various requests for approvals to obtain the building permits for
construction to be performed on the parcel.
This letter shall authorize After School LLC and/or Third Wave Housing LLC to apply for these approvals on behalf of the
ownership for this process.
