Dear Ms. Garcia,
I am writing about your email received 4/11/19 concerning renewal of STI Polymers Stormwater Permit
(Permit number NCS000531).
I am confirming that information in the original application sent on 11/20/13 is correct, however we have
added new buildings and parking lot which I have noted in item 5 below. No operational changes have
occurred that affect the Stormwater Permit application.
I have attached the following per your request:
1. Permit Contacts Summary with changes noted (only minor changes to e-mail address and titles)
2. Summary of monitoring data from issuance of permit to current
3. Building layout
4. Aerial view of building
5. Changes since permit renewal application was sent 11/20/13.
