Comment: Inspected Stream 2 where open cut had been completed and site restored. Site looked aood
Inspected Stream 6, open cut occurring. Dewatering of trench, pumped to bermed area on top of hill,
water was to sheet flow across vegetation however it was running down edge of ROW and causing
turbidity upstream of trench which was continuing through flume to downstream waters. Activities had
been halted and Permittee was implementing a new dewatering plan. Residual turbidity present in water
but did not appear to any sediment deposition.

Comment: Permittee had removed sediment from Stream 1 and wetland area. Stream looked good, wetland
appeared to be restored to natural conditions. Wattles had been left in the stream below cleanup
