Mr. McMillan,
We spoke two weeks ago concerning a request to discharge stormwater into a buffered stream without
meeting the diffuse flow requirement. This was the continuation of a discussion I had been having with Ms. Karoly,
but the plan submittal was lost. Last week I resent the calculations and plans for the jobs and wanted to check on
their status. Please let me know how the review is progressing.
