Holdings, LLC. Calrissian Holdings LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Harsco Corporation (HSC). CEHI
Acquisition Corp., through intermediate holding companies, indirectly owns the stock of Clean Earth Inc. and its
operating subsidiaries, including AERC Acquisition Corporation, dba DART a Clean Earth Company
The sale has no operational impact on Clean Earth Inc and its associated operating subsidiaries. Specifically,
this transaction will have no effect on the permit holder, AERC Acquisition Corporation, dba DART a Clean Earth
Company, nor its operations or employees.
