These two applications show a considerable extent of wetlands on the 17 lots in the subdivision. We are glad to see that you apparently have minimized your fill needs by sharing driveways between adjacent lots. However, please advise whether additional wetland fill will be required in order to fully develop this subdivision. If additional fill will be required, you will need to apply for that fill at this time. Also DEM will require deed restrictions on all lots with jurisdictional wetlands to prevent future additional fill after the lots have been sold. This will be a condition of the Certification and we can supply you with appropriate language as needed. Until this additional information concerning future wetland fill is received, I will place your application on hold.
