OK, I will do this again I will write a note on the letter of approval and circle lots 34 and 42 and write in the disturbed acreage like I did for lot 63 that the other plan reviewer requested. There are corrections that need to be made before approval can be granted. Part A7,8—the coordinates provided are for someplace in Belfast Mills,Virginia. Please provide coordinates in project vicinity. Part Al2—acres disturbed must match what is listed on Letter of Approval. Please get verification from Chatham County of disturbed acreage for lots 34 and 42. Part A15—unless you're going to list additional waterbodies,please check `No.' Part D6—NOI Certification Form is incomplete. All boxes must be checked and the Legally Responsible Organizational Entity needs to be listed. Attached is a PDF copy of your previous submission for reference.
