Dear Permit Holder:
On July 10'h, 2019, Brandon Wise, inspector with the North Carolina Department of
Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) — Division of Energy, Minerals, and Land Resources, performed an
inspection of the facility located at 1893 Brown Street in Lexington. The inspection consisted of a visual
inspection of outdoor conditions to ensure the facility is still in compliance with No -Exposure conditions.
This inspection was performed as part of NCDEQ's goal to inspect all permitted facilities.
Please note that the No -Exposure Certification has conditions that must be met at all times to
remain in compliance. All industrial activity is performed inside of the facility and is not subject to
stormwater. At the time of the inspection general housekeeping at the facility was excellent and no debris
or trash was observed at the facility. Roll -offs located at the facility were covered. Clean, used drums
were observed being stored outdoors, however, they did not appear to be stored there permanently. Some
fuel tanks were observed around the facility. Each tank around the facility was located under some sort of
cover. NCDEQ was informed that there is an environmental employee who does regular inspections of
the facility as is required.
Given the conditions of the facility during the inspection, NCDEQ considers this facility
Compliant with all the required conditions of No Exposure Certification: NCGNE0801. If you have any
