Notes, Sketch, Action Items, etc.:
HO start at top - priority 1 R; small trib right side not on concept plan - check JD, will need to stabilize confluence with main
channel & show on design plans; highly incised main channel; no buffer on right side (now to bank edge); move permanent deer
stand; another trib coming in from right at end of field (goes up to road & small culvert) - change design from plug to stabilize
confluence; bottom easement area appears wet (likely additional wetland resource - review JD & possibly delineate); if wetland
add monitoring gauge & possibly add wetland credit to project; at bottom ties into mockingbird site; Invasives- privet,
honeysuckle, multiflora;
Wrap-up - updates needed to PCN & final plan - not anticipated to alter regulatory timeline; need to evaluate/delineate lower
wet area by LSS (JD can be incorporated into other submitted)
