Waste is to be pumped and hauled to off site locations. Bolume and PAN content of waste
to be pumped and hauled is reflected in section III tables. Included within this plan is a list
of the proposed sites with related facility numbers, number of acres and receiving crop
information. Contact and secure approval from the DWQ prior to transfer of waste to a site
not covered in the facility's CAWMP.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

(table and recalculate the overall PAN balance. It animal waste is to be hauled to another permitted tacility, provide
information regarding the herd population and lagoon freeboard levels at the receiving facility.

Irrigation onto existing spray fields will continue as weather and field conditions permit..
Mr. English reduced levels to 14 inches (out of structural freeboard) on 9/24/18 notified inspector on 9/24/18. Prior to
Hurricane Florence, Mr. English's lagoon was in compliance. On 9/12/18 (the rain started in the evening of 9112/18), the
lagoon level was at 34 inches (the -required level is 19.5 Inches). Mr. English recorded 27 inches of rain from this tropical
system and recorded two consecutive 25-year, 24-hour storms on 9/15118 and 9/16/18. Mr. English plans to meet the
minimum requirement of the level prior to 30 day requirement. Mr. English will notify inspector when the structure meets
minimum requirement of 19.5 inches.
