There were some template changes that I am having to implement across permits and we are waiting for the affidavit to
come back from the newspaper proving we published the permit. After that, we will be able to issue it.

Hi Lauren,

I just received back the results form our EPA inspection. Looks like we have some updating to do.
They addressed it to me, and started the conversation with "Dear Mr. Hinkle", whoever that is?
Anyways, what happens next. I have purchased a field test analyzer for pH since they said I was
doing it incorrectly.

Hi Lauren,
Looking thru my permit draft, I noticed where is states to monitor at a point downstream as well. I
have no clue as how we would implement that as it goes from our shared basin to underneath
railroad tracks, then state highway, on to private property. Thoughts?
