Cattle have been in the project site until recently- went through temporary
fencing; permenant fencing just installed; Planting completed by May 31;
discussion on site construction complete (what & when); MYO timeline;
coordinated with DOT on future culvert work & designed accordingly;
fencing will be added to the utility easement border for future grazing,
fence should also be added along ford;
IRT discussion- table plot density vs site density;
