The site is current undeveloped parcel that will be converted into a park that will include a concert venue, playground, a private road extension and o public road extension. There currently is a Z4"gravity sewer main running through the site that would have major implications nnthe site design. To resolve this, the main will be rerouted tothe east on Harnett Street and then north on the new public road extension and tied into a existing manhole just upstream of regional pump station. The proposed line will also be a 24"grav1ty main. For the public portion, there will be no new flow added. rhe National Map WILMINGTON QUADRANGLE WILMINGTON, NC NORTH CAROLINA :,US Topo 7.5-MINUTE SERIES 2016 91 19' Pp 166 MILS GN 11 39' 29 MILS UTM GRID AND 2016 MAGNETIC NORTH DECLINATION AT CENTER OF SHEET I Loland 1 2 3 2 Castio Hayno U.S. National Grid 3 Scotts Hill 100,00I Square ID 4 Winnabow 4 5 Wrightsvilto Roach TC - ----- 6 Funstrin 6 7 8 7 Carolina Boach 8 Carolina Roach CIE E Grid Zone Designation ADJOIHING QUADRANGLES 18S I 10;R T H CARCLINA;,- QUADRAUGLE LOCATTOt 5 Horth American Datum of 1983 (HAD83) World Goodotic Systont of 1984 (WGS84). Please use the Department's Permit Application Tracker to determine the official application receipt date to allow you to estimate a date for issuance and find the reviewer's name. Once issued, the record stays on the site for 30 days. For previously issued sewer permit info or to check on sewer certification receipt status, please use the Division's Sewer Extension Permit Tracker. Using the Issue Date on top of the Engineer Certification Form is best way to ensure getting what you want especially for multi -version permits; using today's date only gives info on the latest permit version.
