Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection for the inspection conducted
at the subject facility on June 26, 2019, and by previous phone call by Ori Tuvia. Your
cooperation during the phone conversation was much appreciated.
As discussed during the phone conversation, you indicated you are planning on re-
locating your sand dredging operation to a different location than authorized in the subject
permit. As was discussed, prior to dredging, an application for a revised permit will be needed
before operations can start at the new location.

Comment: All sand dredaina at the location aDDroved in the oriainal Dermit has been discontinued and
that site will no longer be used for sand dredging. Mr. Thompson indicated the he plans on
resuming dredging in adifrrent location in the future. Such being the case, there were no
sand dredging activities occuring under this permit at the present time. Mr. Thompson was
advised to submit a revised permit application indicating the street address and/or location
of where he planned to dredge sand in the future. Mr. Thompson indicated that it may be
several months before he initiated sand dredging again, but that he would submit the
necessary information prior to commencement.
