Hey Lindsay,
I have read through the As -Built report for the Burnetts Chapel Phase II project received by DWR on May 30,
2019. Overall, it appears that everything was completed in compliance with the mitigation plan. One thing I
noticed is that the credit assets were slightly smaller than those proposed in the mitigation plan, but were
consistent with what was provided on the signed and sealed As -Built survey.
