The proof of payment you attached is for Permit NC0058271 for a NCDENR — Division of Water Quality Permit.
Permit NCS000351 is an Industrial Stormwater Permit, completely separate from Water Quality.
The past due invoice for 2017 fees for NCS000351 Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources Stormwater are still due.

We have paid the outstanding fees for 2017 and 2018. We sold the facility December 27, 2018 and Charles Weaver with
NC DEQ advised that we did not have to pay the permit fee for 2019-2020. Please find attached email correspondence
from Charles and proof of payment for the outstanding invoices.
